Xpressbees Logistics — Not delivering my order even after weeks

My order has been sitting in their delivery hub since 29th April 2023 and I still haven’t received the order. They said that they made an delivery attempt. But I didn’t receive any call from their agent and the agent does not even bother to pick up my calls or calls back even after calling them a thousand time. I have lost count of the time I have called their customer service but they are as fake as the company. They promise to deliver the order on priority and they nothing. I’m still waiting. If harassing innocent people is their business then kudos they are doing a spectacular job.
