Xpressbees Logistics — Not delivering my product and customer service not taking my calls | |||
I ordered my watch from Gujarat on 25 January 2021, They send my product through xpressbees on 26 January 2021 As per the tracking id and AWB number provided To me it's showing that The item will be delivered on 1 st February 2021, But it's not delivered yet. I strongly believe that it's stuck in xpressbees kannur godown It's been 10 days since the expected date of delivery I didn't get the product, it was gift for my mother who has cancer I have called the customer care people several times but they are not giving me contact number of kannur office, if things go like this I will file a consumer complaint and there no option for me Was this information helpful? | |||
