Xpressbees Logistics — Not Delivering the product ordered & asking OTP without coming to destination

My product was shipped on January 12th but it is Feb 14th till now my order has not received & I have sent multiple enquiries to support team yet not received. The delivery boy is behaving like a fraud he is asking OTP from 30 kms away. I regret the choice I made with this courier partner
