Hi, This is not the first incident.... Whenever i am getting courier from expressbees i am facing this issue... Nobody will visit my house for delivery nor contact me over the phone but simply will receive the message as we have attempted and your home was closed.. This is what your service... The delivery of the product was delayed and in spite of calling multiple times to customer care no response or help was received. Parcel was urgent and to be sent to another location, if not received it is of no use to me.
