Xpressbees Logistics — Not Make Delivery on Committed Time

Since last 8 days the product has reached my town and not makes the delivery. . And a fake reason showed "Customer wants Open Delivery", after two days they update reason as "Customer not available at the given address and not reachable over the phone". There is not any single call received from the courier agent regarding delivery. Their committed delivery time was 23rd November 2022 and not delivered as on 30/11/2022. There is no proper response from customer care
