My wife's package arrived at gangtok sikkim on 23rd and the delivery boy named shrawn kumar rai ([protected]) assured of delivering the package on 23rd itself which never happened. He again called on several occasions and assured the same but till today he never showed up and now the status shows that the item is delivered. This is strange and very disappointing.
