Xpressbees Logistics — not received my courier

This mail is in regards to raise a complaint that I have not received my courier but just now I have received msg and mail that my couiere is received by me at 3:46 pm. How its possible. Kindly check where you have delivered my couiere. I have attached the screen shot of tracking details of same.

Please update me ASAP, as its very important for me.
