Xpressbees Logistics — not received my order

Today i got a message that my order was deliver today but in evening again i got a message from courier service that they had not delivered my ordered because of incomplete addressed but so many time i had ordered a many things from shein on the same addresss and those things had delivered on the address so i want my order please as soon as. Please i request take action on my complaint.

My imagine market procduct does not delivered to me and refuses to deliver my product my AWB no.[protected] and it shows im requested for future delivery but i will not any request future delivery and courier boy not call me ask for future delivery and refuse me customer care tells it will delivered today but im waited for 6 days
