The estimated delivery date was 21st June. Every morning a message comes that the package was out for delivery and at evening another message comes that delivery failed as the customer is not available for receiving. But I have not received a single call till now from the delivery agent. Now it's shown in shipment tracking as 'customer opted for open delivery'. I wanted to know when I did all these because as per my knowledge, I haven't received any updates on my order till now. This is a highly irresponsible behavior on your part.
