Complaint marked as Resolved As i called in customer care, customer care executive talked with me very politely and told me to resolve the issue in 2 hours and in real the issue was solved by the Xpressbees and i got the parcel . Thanks, but atleast you should provide the realtime details to the customer (Like tracking status and active courier boy's number)
