Xpressbees Logistics — Order not delivered and sitting on main kolkata main hub

This is regarding AWB number [protected]
This was supposed to be delivered on 7th September to durgapur westbengal but sitting in kolkata hub since Sunday without any movement.
Called customer care but didn't get any resolution.
Kindly help at earliest
