Xpressbees Logistics — Order not delivered saying fake reasons

I made an order from firstcry.com .on 11/07/2022 i got an sms saying product will be delivered soon, and delivery boy from xpressbees contacted me saying deliver product on next day. on next day he said cannot deliver product and ask me to travel 3 km to collect order, I have already paid shipping charge but he ask me to collect product by my self.And he gave feedback as i do not have money with me so product not delivered. Every day i will get a sms saying product out for delivery but not received yet.i called him each day and he says will deliver on next day. Today on 15/07/2022 he says he will deliver on 18/07/2022 .its been 5 days already and he says he need 3 more days for delivery. I request take necessary action against irresponsible courier service .make product delivery asap
