Have two orders that were scheduled to be delivered by xpressbees on 11th July 2023.
Nobody came for delivery today . When I called Delivery Partner, he was asking for KYC documents for delivery. Why do I need to give KYC documents?
How I will be sure that my information is not misused?
Similar things happened for earlier deliveries also.KYC being asked.
Can xpressbees give me written mail that a KYC document is needed for delivery or show me company policy stating that KYC is needed?
MY DELIVERIES ARE GETTING DELAYED FROM 4TH JULY.
