I have ordered a product from club factory. The package was supposed to be delivered by 7 october but till today (12 oct) it has not been delivered. Please tell me the issue why my product is not been delivered or in hold for too long. Please tell me the reason behind these undelivered product. And please reply as fast as you can. Fake order delivered, I want to return it right now, when I was order this spekar, they say to me, we send JBL speaker and price of spekar is 350 and when order is reached to your address you pay cash on delivery. But this is not my item, I want to return it.

I received my courier from xpressbees, i got a call from agent of xpressbees, he said to me where the product has to be delivered, so i give him my address, after taking the courier, when i opened the box, it is empty.. Biggest fraud with me, i am from 464221 pincode..
