Tracking number [protected]. Package didn't scan after November 3rd. Delivery date was November 8th. This is November 15 and the package is still not delivered. I call the customer service 5 times. Everytime they register a complaint and escalate the issue and then promise to resolve within 72 hours but nothing happens. I need immediate delivery of my package.
I am a business customer. 20k worth of merchandise is there in the package for my business. I can't wait.
