Xpressbees Logistics — Package not delivered despite giving Correct address and no call is Placed to locate the address

It's regarding the the shipment/package AWB NUMBER : [protected] i was expecting to be delivered today from 'xpressbees'.
The status shows 'undelivered' and the reason is 'incomplete/incorrect address'

The address is correct. Also i didn't receive any call to locate. A single call from your courier person would have helped you to reach me in case if the address was not located. This shows the lack of interest 'xpressbees' to do its job.
Please look into this.
