Xpressbees Logistics — Parcel Delivery delayed

I booked a product on July 30th, I was suppose to receive a parcel by August 3rd. The Parcel was getting shipped from Haryana to Bhubaneswar, via Delhi. It's already the expected date, still the parcel hasn't reached from Haryana to Delhi, now if it reaches today, looking at their current speed & response, it might get shipped to Bhubaneswar in next 2-3 days, again they might need another 3-4 days to deliver it from Bhubaneswar Airport to my Home. Such a waste of service. Even they don't respond on their customer care number. They blame their delay on Covid lockdown issue, whereas Haryana and Delhi have nomore lockdown restrictions. Also while the time of booking shipment the Covid scenario was already there and considering that, the delivery time was suggested by their agency. They are complete unprofessional fraud. They don't stick to their commitment and play lame excuses.
