I am writing this mail in utmost disappointment & dissatisfaction from the service I am getting from your renowned and prestigious company. I am Sharad Chandra from Onlinewale. My two parcels till date, have been hampered in the middle before delivery. The items from my parcels have been either missing or changed with other items. It has been noticed in two of my parcels. I am attaching the image and videos of the delivered parcel as well as the parcel which I have clicked before handing over to Pick up Staff Mr. Santosh (Contact No. +91 [protected]). My both parcels were booked for two different locations i.e. Delhi & Haryana. Case 1: AWB No. [protected] Delivery Location: Delhi Pickup date: 27/05/2021 Pickup Staff Name: Santosh Delivery Person Name: Manoj Kumar (Contact No.- +91 [protected]) Item Enclosed: Track Suit (Upper & Lower) Brief: In this parcel Kids Kurta Pajama got delivered to the customer. Track suit was missing. We do not deal in Kids Kurta Pajama. [protected][protected][protected][protected][protected][protected]----- Case 2: AWB No. [protected] Delivery Location: Fatehabad, Haryana Pickup Staff Name: Santosh Pickup date: 27/05/2021 Delivery Person Name: Krishan Lal (Contact No.- +91 [protected]) Item Enclosed: 4 Piece T-Shirts Brief: In this case, the item enclosed in AWB No. [protected] was delivered to the customer. And 4 Piece T-shirt is missing. This parcel delivered to the customer is also changed. My parcel size was big as compared to what my customer received. My parcel weight was 1.28 Kgs. [protected][protected][protected][protected][protected][protected]- I would also like to bring your attention to the fact that, Delivery staff is not capturing the original signature of the person to whom the parcel is handed over. It can be easily understood that the delivery person himself is doing the sign at the time of delivery. It is a serious concern of parcel hampering and theft, in between before delivery from any of your culprit staff which should be immediately addressed. I am running a business and due to these incidents I am facing reputational as well as financial loss. I have been your regular customer and running my business with such huddles will not suit my business appetite. I have to shift my dealing to another company immediately, if this matter is not sorted immediately. I would like to hear from you on this matter on an immediate basis.
