Xpressbees Logistics — Parcel not delivered and very late | |
Hi, AWB No - [protected] I have placed an order in teamonk. It is couriered through xpressbees on 10th Nov and expected delivery date is 15th Nov. It was taking more time and yesterday evening 6Pm i got a SMS mentioned that "Order is out for delivery". Today 1 AM i got a SMS " customer want future delivery ". No one contacted me for the delivery and simply updated the status. Without contacting the customer, updating the status like this is a cheating. My parcel is near my location only but they are delaying intentionaly. Please take action on xpressbees. Thanks Was this information helpful? | |
