Xpressbees Logistics — parcel not delivered but showing delivery done on 9th june 2020 | |
My parcel was booked thru xpressbees and it was scheduled to be delivered on 9th june 2020.. While checking the delivery date on site it showed that the parcel was delivered on 9th june around 9.45 pm. I wrote a mail to customer care explaining everything and they promised to resolve the matter in a day. Later while speaking to the customer care on 16th june the delivery boy confirmed that it was not delivered and the executive promise me that the issue will be resolved with 48 hours but no one called nor the item was delivered. We made a follow up again on 22nd and later on 27th without any output. The customer care executive shared a local number on 29th june and that is not responding to calls and is not interested in resolve the matter.
