Xpressbees Logistics — pathetic courses service and arrogant customer care executive

I have never seen such a pathetic courier services, almost 20 days gone still my reverse pick up is not completed.every day I had call with customer care and they said pick up will be done in 24hrs and yet my reverse pick up is not completed. I would request to take very serious action in them.
