The experience with the delivery partner for the order"Order #390072" is been pathetic as the package is not delivered yet. It was supposed to be delivered by 19th April. 1st attempt failed as delivery agent was not able to reach out to me. But I was continuously following up for the next scheduled delivery and the second delivery was also marked as unsuccessful due to customer not available. But I never received the call or the delivery agent never showed up to my place. Third attempt is also similar. Despite of so many calls and follow ups they are least responsible to deliver an order. Tried contacting the customer care of Xpressbees but their customer service is very poor and extremely slow. We need to register for a callback (have registered multiple times) and we receive 1 call after a day or so despite of so many follow ups.
