Booked a medical equipments via romsons on 28th Aug 21 and it was expected to deliver via Xpressbees on 3rd sep 21- from tracking AWB
Update provided was Product reached Destination vadodara on 2nd sep 21, then there is no Movement for two days, on 4th sep 21 message received was product is out of delivery.
Till late evening on 4th sep 21 no one turned up, post calling xpressbees customer care number got the delivery contact number.
On 6:30 PM 4th September 21 contacted Mr Ravi Xpressbees delivery vadodara( [protected]) and requested him that this are medical equipments and needed today only and he said it be delivered by 9:00 PM
And then at 8:00PM this Xpressbees courier AWB tracking shows the status as customer not available and this Mr Ravi not responding and picking up the call.
