Dear Sir,
I am forced to cancel the order no. CIS66xxxxxx, as the courier agency( xpressbees) has just informed that they have lost the package and it is erroneously shown that it has reached Chennai( tracking ID 14399xxxxxx). When in fact they still don’t know where the bag is.
According to them, it’ll take an additional 5 days for them to search for the item and deliver it to my address.
Unfortunately I don’t have the time or patience to wait that long.
I do not understand why a reputed organisation like Casio has chosen such an ill reputed agency called xpressbees as their delivery partner. One look at their customer reviews should show that they are one of the worst in the country in terms of customer satisfaction . This can have a huge impact on the Casio India shop customer satisfaction as well.
This item was supposed to be a gift to a dear one. I was supposed to gift them in the coming 3 days. Unfortunately that is no longer the case.
