I placed a warranty claim for my Boat Bluetooth earphones and the boat assigned xpressbees as the return deliverer. I returned the product to the delivery guy, and after 13 days, the product reached the Boat they are saying now that the product is duplicate and the warranty claim I rejected. They sent me the image of the item they received, which is very different from the item I sent them. I called Boat customer care and they are telling me that it's my responsibility to talk to expressbees ( as if I myself picked xpressbees as courier) regarding the misplace and I talked to them.
They told me they raised a ticket and I asked for the confirmation and now their customer care is not answering.
I need the proof of the image the courier guy took at the time of return on 13th june 2022 at 12:20pm around(that I gave the original product).
