My product had reached the nearest shipment hub, i.e., Fakuli, on 26th July, 2021. But it hasn't been delivered yet. The courier boy said that he would deliver the item only if extra Rs. 50 is given to him. Is this the kind of service you provide and the kind of professionalism you claim. What should I do?
My last option would be to complain the online Shopping merchant to stop sending the items from XpressBees.
