Xpressbees Logistics — product not delivering. fake status update in tracking.

Delivery person is not ready to come to the address and deliver the product. Fake status is updating saying the consignee not available. Purposefully delivery person not attending call but just updating status that i'm not reachable. This happens when ever my online shopping comes for expressbee delivery service. Already faced same issue when ordered product in ajio.com, product not delivered and sent back to ajio itself. Now again facing problems. Calling expressbee customer service and registering complaint. Still not received the product.
