I purchased the boat smartwatch from Flipkart on May 2023. While using the smartwatch I observed the smartwatch battery is draining too fast. I raised the complaint for warranty claim to boat company. They accepted my warranty claim request and I got the email from boat company to handover the product to delivery person. I packed my smartwatch in the company box and the xpressbees courier company delivery boy called me to handover the product to him. He came and I handed over the box for delivery person. He checked the box and he checked the product and he took and went.
After 10 to 11 days I got email from boat company and they said my warranty claim request has been rejected for wrong product. I called them and ask what is the reason for rejection. They said we received wrong product instead of correct product.
Then I shocked after seeing warranty claim rejection report. In that report my smartwatch was not there instead of my smartwatch someone stolen my smartwatch and he kept other watch instead of that watch. I called 15 times to xpressbees on 4th October to customer service. They didn't give any response. I emailed them regarding this and for email also no response. I called the boat company regarding this and they said we contacted our courier company to ask about product they said customer only sended likethis product they said. It's completely wrong information they have given. Someone stolen my smartwatch from the box and kept other watch in the same box, I want to product back. Was this information helpful? |
