I have three of my parcels struck with xpressbee. Without trying to deliver the product every single day they were updating as could not be delivered. We can understand the situation but will it take 1 week to deliver after the product reached the destination. I had to call customer care couple of times to raise concern, but no use. Finally I tried reaching a person in the local courier office and called him to check the status of delivery.
That person was so very rude and senseless. He said they are doing delivery at mercy and telling as I am not aware of the rules and police is not aware of the rules etc.., He said they are doing a great service and no guarantee that the items received few days back will be delivered.
No customer respect and no human respect.
Till now the items were not delivered and again fake status was updated .. this time they even mentioned as customer requested for evening delivery when the reality is none contacted even a single time.
