My courier needs to be delivered on 11th April. Today is 16th April.
Every morning I'm getting mesage like my courier is out for delivery and in evening again getting mesage like i was not available which is completely a false information. I was always available.
This happening daily, i have reached to customer care by call and mail but nothing happened and I'm really frustrated.
This is an important courier for me, i was waiting for this from 11th April. And putting information like i was not available for delivery is really unfair.
This needs to be taken as high priority and need to be sorted as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? |
