Hello there,
I had purchased Boat Rockerz 400 Bluetooth headphone on date 19/09/2020. After complaining of product the courier partner (XpressBees) of Boat Lifestyle was arranged for replacement. The courier boy came and pickedup product from my home on 02/08/2021 for replacement but local delivery center not forwarding the product to respected company and they cancelled my product pickup request and doesn't return my product till 21/08/2021. Finally I was go to XpressBees local delivery center and took back my product which was in very damage condition and look like badly used. What kind of service provided by XpressBees logistics that they don't return product after cancellation unless and untill customer don't go to delivery center and their person also used customer products without permission.
Now I want to justice that either they replace my product or pay me of cost of my headphone ASAP.
