Xpressbees Logistics — Regarding not delivering prepaid order.

Ave ordered few products from purple on 8th july 2022 for which xpressbee is the delivery partner. The parcel was estimated to be delivered on 12th july 2022. I have not received a single call from the delivery person yet xpressbee delivery person is posting fake excuse like customer not available on the tracking page of xpressbee website. My address was clearly mentioned and i was at the home. I have written many mails to them but they are not resolving the issue. I tried to call that delivery executive by the number provided by them but he is not received the call as his phone is switched off constantly. Its been a week since my parcel is not received and they are not receiving my complaints too. Finally I decided to lodge a complaint against xpressbees
