Xpressbees Logistics — Regarding too much delay and non cooperation from your side | |||
Respected Sir, my first cry parcel having order no.:[protected] booked on 1st April 2021 and received at Loni (Bk) office on 5th April 2021. I was called to delivery boy and ask him regarding my order delivery as order is prepaid but he ask to pay the order amount again as he told order is not prepaid and also delivery boy and owner of loni (bk) xpressbees office not ready to deliver this order on my adress by giving the reason as company only paying Rs.12 for this parcel. I also given them suggestion to deliver this parcel on thier possible convenient location but they are neglected me not delivered my parcel since from last three days. As today I am going to loni (bk) and request them to atleast ask some to give parcel at centre place as near bus stand but they are not agreed for the same also and finally I visited to their office still they ask to pay the parcel amount as so many times I told that this is prepaid parcel, you confirmed it again. Then they realised that this is prepaid parcel but still they asked very aarogently with me . So it's very serious issue for me that they have made too much delay in the delivery as well as behave very rudely with me. Also they don't have knowledge regarding identifying which parcel is prepaid and which COD.. So it's request you to go through it and take necessary action. Was this information helpful? | |||
