This is regarding the delivery services of Xpressbee - Kannur branch in Kerala...
I have placed my first return request on the 10th of February 2021 and since then I have not seen any response from the team...They have been so irresponsible and inefficient that every time they assign me a message, the delivery will be today with a number that happens to be "fake" either it doesn't exist or will not be picked up, followed by a "you were not available for the delivery" message at the night..
This has been happening for a month now... Irrespective of my numerous complaints no one ever bothered to respond...The customer services are not available..The first pickup was cancelled after 4-5 failed attempts which never really happened.
Few days back I again placed a return request and the scenario gets repeated "again"! This time after recieving the message with the delivery agent's number I contact it and a man picks up informing me "he has left the job and no longer works under Xpressbee, also to not bother him again".
I don't understand what service is this?
Is this how you deal a customer?
I have been lodging my complaints day after day...
The delivery of the products have also been very cumbersome..I couldn't get my products without registering 10-20 complaints...
This happens ONLY WITH XPRESSBEE BRANCH IN KANNUR...I have been someone ordering products from every website and all other delivery services are very efficient.
This is mere arrogance and irresponsibility.No other services have made my life so difficult.
I wish to get the products returned ASAP and also be informed with genuine phone numbers of the delivery agents.Will also be helpful if you could enlighten the Kannur team of their inefficiency.
