I wanted to Return a product the delivery boy came and took the product from me and he marked pickup unsuccessful ... Now in my messho application its showing that return pickup unsuccessful.. although i returned the product
I contacted messho coustomer care they said that the delivery boy didnt marked the pickup successful and now they can't do anything in this matter
Then i tried to reach the Xpress bees office where i was treated very rudely they said they will not do anything ...
What should i do now
I have all the call recording of the delivery person and also the CCTV footage outside my home in which its clearly seen that i am handing over the package to the delivery boy Was this information helpful? |
