Xpressbees Logistics — shipment not delayed for 10 days and sti not delivering

I have requested for replacement of my boat headset and the replacement unit was shipped to my registered address via xpressbees logistics. It has reached its destination on 23rd of november. On 25th november got a message that my shipment is out for delivery with delivery person's mobile number. I have called him in the afternoon he said that he was busy and will deliver it in the evening. Later when i called him in the evening he said that he would deliver it within 30mins and he didn't even deliver it. Next he did the same thing. Since then i have been calling the customer care everyday and the have been giving the same reply that my shipment will be delivered within 24hours. It has been 12 days and yesterday 4th december i called boat regarding the issue and then at 3:40pm i got a message that my shipment is out for delivery. I tried to call the delivery person whose number was given in the message and the number is also fake or not working. Then i tracked my shipment and it showed that it was delivered at 3:41pm. They claimed that it was delivered within 1 minute which was 10km away. Then i called the customer care and spoke with their senior. She said that it was delivered to the wrong person and she would check with the branch and give a callback to me. But it has already been a day and when i called the xpressbees customer care he said that my complaint is taken and will be processed within 72 hours. I have already waited for 12 days and he is asking me to wait for 3 more days. He wont even connect me to his senior. They are not even giving the branch details where my product reached. Yesterday i went to medchal where my product reached but there is no branch of xpressbees in medchal. I need my shipment urgently and they have delayed it for 12 days and not even delivering it and not even giving me the branch details so that i can go get it myself. Xpressbees os so irresponsible.

My Package are not receive till today but xpress bees website show delivered
if it is delivered, then send me the POD copy to whom it is delivered

I order a wireless earphone boat a255 but they delivered totally different stonx earphone...I fell chited... don't buy any product from this company.compare the pic ...
i got a product that i want to return and want my money back what is the process of it please let me know...
