This shipment has been in transit since 11th October 2023 and could not get delivered even after 9 days. Is this your service SLA, a parcel taking 9 days still not delivered? I, as a customer, have been chasing pillar to post on the status of this parcel but you as a service provider have not shown any responsibility in this case. When I spoke with your customer care executive, I was told that the parcel would be delivered within 24 to 48 hours. When I called customer care today, I got the same response again.
Asking the same question again, is this expected from your service? While enquiring about this parcel, I was told that the parcel was returned back to Kolkata because of an issue with the wrong queueing due to the large parcel volume. The question here is that you are not capable of handling volume beyond a point. In this case, I (Meaning everyone) should now avoid using your service as you are incapable of handling volume.
The parcel had dress material for the family along with kids for the Durga Puja, which now getting ruined because of your incapability. An apology from your customer care executive is not enough for the kind of psychological impact your incapability has posed. I have been asking for a timeline for the last 3 days which I haven't got so far. Today is the last day when I can expect to make use of the dress material coming through the parcel. This shows your incapability and ineffectiveness of your service.
