Regarding the AWB No - [protected]
Even if I provided correct address details, delivery executive marked the incorrect status as "Customer refused to Accept" without connect me over phone.
I have followed with customer service, seems have no use.

Updated by Susil Manohar Sahoo Again today the delivery executive didn't call and marked refuse to accept. Seems un-professional delivery executive.
