Xpressbees Logistics — status showing delivered but not received to us

This is regarding one pod no [protected] which was booked on[protected] and the status showing its delivered on[protected] which is not delivered to my address but on the website it's showing delivered. Till date i have not rcvd the parcel and i didnt rcvd any call from the courier boy.

Kindly look into the matter and resolve it as soon as possible
