Xpressbees Logistics — Still I don't get my product delivered by ''Xpressbees'' logistics

On 31 Aug, 2023 I placed an order on 'Meesho', which was shipped through 'Xpressbees' logistic. But I don't get my product delivered or any response from 'Xpressbees' courier service even after reaching that nearest hub to me 'Mogra' 2 days ago (4th Sep, 2023). The Status on their tracking site after putting AWB no is shown that 'Customer wants future delivery'_who said this when the delivery representative still not come here and don't doing any contact. All of these clearly proved that they are none other than a gang of scammers and fraudsters. Be aware from them. Please take necessary action against them and do the needful for getting my product delivered ASAP.
