I received Empty box instead of Lava Ivory Tablet (Price- 9299)
I called Customer Care (Snapdeal) number of times but no proper response from there.
I have already shared images of my packaging with them. Within 2-3 days, the only thing I get was the TAT of 48 hours.
After 4 days, I got the reply that your case has been closed as the investigation is completed.
When I asked on what behalf the investigation has been done then nobody provides a satisfactory answer.
Is this the right way to treat the customers?
Do you think that it is easy for customer to forget about 9299/- that he have paid to buy product from you.
I want 100% refund with complete resolution at the earliest. Resolve the issue asap.
