I am a Diabetic patient and I am undergoing a treatment with Twin Health. They have shipped Tablets through Xpressbee and it is not delivered after getting OTP from me.

I have emailed them several time to [protected]@xpressbees.com but till date there is no response. The 1st email sent on this is September 26th 2022. Today it is 22nd Oct 2022 and there is not even a reply from them.
This is the only way I can contact them with official records. There is no escalation matrix available for this company.
I have called their customer care and they dont give me a time at which the issue will be resolved. They have told me that I will get a call back from their supervisors. But no one called me till date.
Twin health is the company who shipped the tablets. Even they have sent the email to the xpressbee email address with no response.
I feel that people trust few companies for sending the essentials like Tablets for health related issues. The only mistake I did is not to confirm with my mother when they got the OTP from me. I have even conferenced the delivery agent with my mother and confirmed that the tablets are not delivered. Only thing is I trusted them when I was in office. I dont know to whom he delivered the package.
I am writing this email with no tablets for the past one month as these tablets are specific which is not available outside. I am taking alternate tablets which doesnt work good.
Request you to get this resolved as it is health related issue and even after multiple emails no one from xpressbee is willing to reply back to this.
If this is the case. I can go the legal way to get this resolved. I have the CCTV footage of the time of delivery claimed. I can prove it legally that this is just a lethargic attitude with the company's employees.
