my company has sent some parcel to my native address. i have received out for delivery message on 2nd Nov 2022, i have wait till evening 3pm then called on his delivery agent number but he denies to deliver order and asking me to come at his nearest place which is approx 8-9km from my distance. i have already complaint on xpressbees customers care number now they are saying you will get your product guaranteed by 6pm. after 6pm they are not available on call and his delivery agent is rescheduling my order with wrong message. they hesitate the user and even not picking my number while dialing on customer care number. kindly take action on it.
