Xpressbees Logistics — tracking shows item is delivered, but I didn't get the item

I ordered a product online and today product tracking shows my item is delivered and received directly by me but I never got the item. I contacted customer service and they recommend me to contact delivery service, which is you. I want to know why it shows product is delivered directly to me even in XP bees site. I want clarification as soon as possible.
