Dear Customer Care Team,
This mail is to record the extremely unprofessional and criminal behaviour of your Delivery Executive (XB Rider [protected]) who came for delivery of AWB [protected].
The XB Rider [protected] first called me and FALSELY stated that he is handing over mydelivery to an attendant from my house so please share the Delivery CODE. Please note the XB Rider had NOT EVEN PRESSED the bell of my house till this time.
When I told him that I am at home only, and that noone has come to our house; then he pressed the bell.
SO are the XB Riders supposed to take Delivery Code from customer even without pressing the bell? So he wanted to code even without any attempt to delivery. THis is highly unethical.
During the call itself, the XB Rider then Entered the house premises by himself opening the gate. This is trespassing in others property.
Then he stated me to give him the code and said that I can pickup the packet from top of a parked Car. Is this the kind of behaviour expected from a XB delivery person?
He then started arguing. He then was leaving the premises by not even Closing the gate that he opened by himself. When I asked him to then he just pushed the door on me.
And also stated I will not deliver to this address again.
