I ordered a product in R for Rabbit for to gift my son, I ordered it prior like 15 days earlier to Christmas. Initially the pickup from the Vendor itself was delayed for 3 days and asked to Cancel my order but the Vendor said it was picked up from them already, some glitch on the Application that's why might be not updated. And i waited for the status to get updated to track the product. But they have very bad Application wherein no data was updated on right time. I was supposed t receive it on 22 Dec 2022, but they changed it to 24th December. I waited patiently, but what I got is no response from the Customer Service. They didn't even have their Hub contact number to call them. And when I reached out to the customer service, they said it will take 2 more days to deliver. And that's the earlies that they can provide. Such a bad user experience. No Proper response.
I would also state that even R for Rabbit is answerable for such delay because they are the one who selected this delivery service. Was this information helpful? |
