Xpressbees Logistics — Worst delivery ever

I had placed an order of saree which should be delivered to me on 22nd April as I received the t ct regarding delivery.
But after that no further information I had received neither there was no call or text.
On the tracking application, it is showing "Out for delivery" since 22nd April but I didn't received my order yet.
You guys send me the delivery text with the same number of the delivery agent. And I tried to call that number multiple times but the number is switched off.
After so much trial, one of the person picked the call and said "wrong number". What's wrong with your company ?
I am still waiting for my order to get deliver but no one listen to me carefully. Every single time false promises you made but with no luck😡
