Xpressbees Logistics — worst services and pathetic services. | |||
Experienced very bad services from xpressbees, the so called manager mr. Ajay pandey [protected] should not be at his post of customer handling. He is so rude and making bad impact of the company. Most unprofessional service manager i have ever interacted, he was like instead of helping me to collect my courier he was back answering me and ordering me. I don't think these kind of people should work in customer relations, pathetic behavior of mr, ajay pandey. The matter was my courier has came to my given address however the delivery boy awez shaikh and arun maharolia (Field executives) denied to come at the address given and asked me to come down where ever they have parked there bikes, as they don't want to pay parking charges. After requesting also they denied and stuck on there words only that they will not come. However now i was helpless to thought i will go down and pick my courier. I asked them to wait for 10 mins as it takes time. After reaching down nobody was there, i called them and they were like, we have updated your courier will be deliver on monday. I was in a very important meeting on saturday. Leaving the meeting in middle, i have gone down to collect the courier. And these fellow are replying we have left your premises and will deliver on monday. After this i have call that ajay pandey he was like so unprofessional, manner less creature, rude etc. Kindly change these kind of activities and don't harass people like this. Customer care should be always solving problems not argue or ordering like mr. Ajay pandey. Was this information helpful? | |||
