Xpressbees Logistics — wrong product delivered, which is not working

Wrong and cheap fake product delivered, which is defect and not working, i want to return my packet and want my money back, it was an cod packet, i have ordered a watch from an instgram page, by whatsapp, the seller has showm me the different product in cheap price and delivered a fake and defect procduct.

Please by any how i want my money back,
