Xpressbees — manipulation of an order by xpressbees

Hi! I'm an online vendor of herbal products. We had received an order online on 2nd march, 2020 from a customer in mumbai. Order was shipped on 3rd march, 2020 via an courier service xpressbees with awb [protected] (Invoice attached) through platform shiprocket. Order was out for delivery on 9th march further there are two theories according to seller and shiprocket. Both are explained below:

According to shiprocket & xpressbess: 3 attempts were made to deliver the product on different dates but customer refused to accept the order.

Then the order was put in rto and returned back to seller. (Tracking details attached)

According to seller: order was delivered on 9th march in its 1st attempt. A delivery boy of xpressbees arrived with rto to seller on 9th may but seller refused to accept because the packet was in bad condition and was manipulated. Then seller asked the customer and customer has confirmed the delivery.
